The rear addition of this terraced house was remodelled and re-roofed, to provide an improved bathroom, separate WC and a shower in the existing bedroom, and a sedum roof.

The opportunity was taken to introduce daylight into the staircase via a lean-to skylight; an adjacent skylight top-lights the WC compartment.

The sedum roof has done well and gives a much improved vista from the upper floor windows.
